Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at service@gabrielcollezione.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., special orders)

Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original item. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
