Shipping and Refunds

Product Transport and Delivery

1. Shipment Obligations

Gabriel Collezione is not obligated to ship Products until full payment has been received. Once payment is confirmed, Gabriel Collezione will dispatch the Products within 1 working days.

2. Delivery Terms

Delivery timelines indicated are estimates and are not considered essential contractual terms. Gabriel Collezione cannot be held liable for delays beyond the estimated delivery period.

3. Shipping Method

Products are shipped via express couriers, selected according to the Product type and destination, to the delivery address provided by the Customer during registration or any alternative address specified during the order.

4. Order Tracking

The Customer can track their order using the courier’s “Online Tracking” service, accessible via the Reserved Area, only after the Product has been shipped.

5. Inspection at Delivery

Upon delivery, the Customer must inspect the packaging and Products for any damage, tampering, or signs of moisture. Any damage must be immediately noted on the courier’s delivery receipt and reported to Gabriel Collezione via registered email or equivalent electronic communication.

6. Failure to Report Damage

If the Customer signs the delivery receipt without reservations, no claims can be made regarding external damage to the Products or packaging.

7. Special Export Procedures

Certain leather items (e.g., deer, kangaroo, ostrich) may require export certification under local regulations (including but not limited to Japan, China, Switzerland) to comply with the Washington Convention. This process may take up to 10 additional working days, delaying delivery.

Product Transport with CITES Certificate

Some leather Products are subject to the CITES Convention (Washington Convention) protecting the trade of certain animal leathers.

  • The CITES certification process requires at least 10 working days and will be included in the shipment.
  • Customers wishing to return such Products must apply for the CITES Certificate from the relevant Fish & Wildlife State Office.

Right of Termination

1. Termination Period

The Customer may terminate the Agreement within 14 days from the date they, or a third party other than the carrier, take physical possession of the Product. The delivery receipt date prevails.

2. Notification

To exercise this right, the Customer must send a registered letter or equivalent written communication to Gabriel Collezione, clearly stating the intention to terminate and including the relevant order number. The designated “return form” in the Reserved Area may be used.

For compliance, sending the termination notice within the 14-day period is sufficient. Notices may be sent via telegram, telex, email, or fax, with the registered letter following within 48 hours.

3. Product Return

The Customer must return the Product without delay and within 14 working days from the termination notice. Compliance is fulfilled if the Product is shipped within this timeframe.

4. Refunds

  • Gabriel Collezione will refund all amounts paid by the Customer, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional fees for specific delivery requests), within 14 days of receiving the termination notice.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless the Customer requests otherwise.
  • Refunds may be delayed until the returned Products are received or proof of shipment is provided.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
  • Products must be returned in undamaged, unworn condition. Non-compliance with these conditions may void the refund.
